PlayerAtlas ("PlayerAtlas", "we", "us") is committed to protecting privacy. We do not sell your personal data, and we share it only to operate, secure, and provide the service.
Information we collect
We may process player/session data and operational signals provided through your Minecraft/Hytale server integrations, such as player identifiers, session timestamps, server metadata, and, if enabled, affiliate/join tracking and chat moderation data.
How we use data
We use data to provide analytics dashboards, operate and secure the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues. If you enable optional features, we use the related data to run those features and display the results.
Sharing and disclosure
No sale of personal data
We never sell your personal data.
Service providers
We may share data with service providers that help us run PlayerAtlas, such as hosting and database providers. These providers are contractually required to protect data.
AI integrations (opt-in)
If AI moderation features are explicitly enabled in your project settings, chat moderation may share anonymized chat message content with AI providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic through their APIs.
This data is processed without identifiers that relate it to your project or to a specific user. When AI features are not enabled in project settings, no chat moderation data is shared with AI providers.
Legal and safety disclosure
We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Data retention
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including service operation, analytics, security, and legal compliance.
